Account opening for Wescom Youth Banking Plus requires one of the following forms of identification: California State I.D. Card, Driver's License, U.S. Passport, or School I.D. Card. Birth Certificates are acceptable forms of ID for minors 0 to 14 years of age. Ages 15 to 17 must present one of the above picture ID types.
