Diversity and Values at Wescom

As a Credit Union founded in 1934 by telephone company employees guided by principle of “people helping people,” we find it important to stay true to our roots as we continue to serve the needs of our more than 200,000 members throughout Southern California. Below you will find Wescom’s Diversity Statement and Core Ideology that guide us as we build better lives for all.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)

Wescom’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee and Council are comprised of volunteers throughout the organization from diverse levels, divisions, experiences, tenure, gender, ethnicities, and cultures. The DEIB Committee and Council help set the foundation for an even more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging culture at Wescom.
