As a Credit Union founded in 1934 by telephone company employees guided by principle of “people helping people,” we find it important to stay true to our roots as we continue to serve the needs of our more than 200,000 members throughout California. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Wescom's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and Council are comprised of volunteers throughout the organization from diverse levels, divisions, experiences, tenure, gender, ethnicities, and cultures. The DEI Committee and Council help set the foundation for an even more diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture at Wescom.
