Lost your card? Have upcoming travel plans? Need to activate a new card? Find the tools you need from the Card Center in eBranch and on the Wescom Mobile Banking Apps for Apple® and Android™ devices.
In eBranch, select Card Center from the menu. In Mobile, select the Card Center icon.
Card Center Features
If you've received a new debit and/or credit card in the mail, you can activate it and start using it right away.
If your card is lost or has been stolen, you can file a report to block your card. Once completed, the reported card will be blocked immediately and you will soon receive a new card — that you can activate in the Card Center — with new information, which you will need to update with any merchants where your card is linked (i.e. gym memberships, insurance payments, etc.).
You can request a replacement card if your card has been damaged. A $5.00 fee will be charged to replace a damaged card. Two fees are waived for Platinum Signature Members and one fee is waived for Signature Members on an annual basis.
If your card has been misplaced and you'd like to prevent your card from authorizing purchases, you can place a temporary block that can be removed at any time. Please note that this feature should not be used to report a lost or stolen card. A new card will not be sent to you.
If you'll be traveling and plan on using your debit and/or credit card, you can notify us to avoid any transaction interruptions. Changes in your spending habits can trigger a security alert causing your card to be temporarily suspended.

Wescom Visa® MyRewards Credit Cards are not issued with PIN numbers. However, you can request your credit card PIN number in the Card Center.
