Wescom's partnership with Maya Brady will mark Wescom's first student-athlete partnership since the Name Image and Likeness (NIL) rules were enacted by the NCAA in 2021. From August 2022 to February 2023, you can expect to see Wescom's partnership with Maya Brady featured during UCLA Athletics events, on our social media channels, and website as we promote our commitment to the Bruin community.
Wescom has supported and partnered with UCLA for more than seven years now, and is the Official Banking Partner of UCLA Athletics, UCLA Alumni Association, UCLA Campus Life and Recreation, UCLA Dashew Center for International Students and Scholars, and the Rose Bowl Stadium. Additionally, Wescom is an Official Partner of UCLA Staff Assembly and Associated Students of UCLA (ASUCLA). Wescom's presence also extends to the famed Pauley Pavilion Presented by Wescom.
As the Official Banking Partner of UCLA Athletics, Wescom chose to partner with Maya Brady for her team spirit and positive representation as a UCLA student-athlete. We believe that Maya Brady embodies Wescom’s Core Values of excellence, integrity, and teamwork both on and off the field, which supports our goal of providing better banking for Bruins through financial education, laying the foundation for a positive financial future.
Maya Brady is an outstanding individual on and off the field. She attended Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village and calls Thousand Oaks her hometown. The women's softball star comes from a family of athletes — her mother was an All-American pitcher at Fresno State and her uncles are seven-time Super Bowl champion, Tom Brady, and two-time World Series champion, Kevin Youkilis. As an incoming junior at UCLA, Maya Brady is majoring in sociology.
Maya Brady's UCLA career milestones include:
