Manage Account Access

Allow other Wescom members to access your account.

Through the Manage Account Access feature, you can access and manage multiple accounts via eBranch and the Wescom Mobile Banking App for Apple® devices.

In eBranch, the person granting access to their account must follow these steps:

  1. Login to eBranch
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right
  3. Under My Settings, click Manage Account Access
  4. Click Add Access and provide the account number and last name of the member you wish to grant account access to
  5. Complete the setup process
  6. The member you've granted account access to will now see a list of accounts next to their name, on the top center of the screen. To switch between accounts, they must select the listed account they wish to view.

On the Wescom Mobile Banking App for Apple devices, the person granting access to their account must follow these steps:

  1. Login to the mobile app
  2. Tap the profile icon on the bottom toolbar
  3. Tap on Manage Account Access
  4. Provide the account number and last name of the member you wish to grant account access to
  5. Complete the setup process
  6. The member you've granted account access to will be able to switch to your account by tapping the profile icon after they have logged in
