Exciting Changes on the Horizon

A New Name and Broker-Dealer for a New Chapter

To better align with our vision and the comprehensive financial solutions we provide, Wescom Financial Services will now be called Wescom Wealth Management available through CUSO Financial Services, LP (“CFS”). This new name reflects our dedication to helping you grow, manage, and protect your wealth more effectively.

Additionally, Atria Wealth Solutions, the parent company of our current broker dealer, CUSO Financial Services, will be acquired by LPL Financial LLC (LPL), a leader in the wealth management industry.

Transitioning to a New Broker-Dealer and Clearing Firm

  • Beginning May 16, 2025, we will be partnering with LPL a broker-dealer and clearing firm to replace CFS and Pershing. LPL Financial will provide the operational backbone to our Wealth Management division available through CFS at Wescom Credit Union.
  • This new partnership is a deliberate move to bolster our capabilities and ensure we continue to meet your needs with even greater financial solutions, resources, and services. This change will allow us to provide you with additional tools, streamlined processes and an expanded array of resources while maintaining the personalized service you have come to trust.
  • Most importantly, your dedicated Financial Advisor today will not change when your investment accounts move to LPL Financial in May 2025.
  • Beginning in March 2025, approximately 90 days before our operational conversion to LPL Financial, you may receive by mail written notice of the transition from CFS for each investment account. These letters are standard regulatory disclosures designed to provide you with all the necessary information about the upcoming changes and no action is required.

  • Your Financial Advisor: Your relationship with your existing Financial Advisor will stay exactly as it is today. You will continue to work directly with them for all your financial planning and investment needs.
  • Credit Union Service You Love: Wescom Credit Union will remain your trusted partner, offering the same personalized, member-focused service you have come to depend on.
