As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, it's my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to you, our newest members.

Since 1934, Wescom has been a cornerstone in helping Southern Californians build better financial futures and communities. Starting June 1, you’ll have access to our robust mobile and online banking platforms, an expanded branch network, access to direct deposit up to two-days sooner at no cost to you1, and full-service banking that includes auto, credit card, personal, home loans2, wealth management, and insurance services3, just to name a few.

April 22

Check Your Mail

Your Wescom Welcome Packet will be mailed to you that includes important information and resources including your new Wescom Credit Union Account Number, disclosures, and more.

May 1

Check Your Merger Checklist and Get Your Account Ready

  • Cancel EZPay and eBill payments scheduled after June 1 from your CCFCU account.
  • Download Quicken history.
  • Download any statement or tax documents you may need immediately as these will be temporarily unavailable starting May 31.

May 9

Your new Wescom debit cards are on their way to your address on file.

  • Activate by calling the number provided on the card. Starting June 1, you can activate your new cards through Online Banking or wescom.org/cards/activate.
  • Update any recurring payments scheduled after June 1 to your new card.

May 10

If you used checks in the last year, new Wescom checks are on the way to your address on file.

If you would like to order new checks, you can do so through Online or Mobile Banking beginning June 1. Please securely destroy your old CCFCU checks.

May 30

Last full day of banking with CCFCU. Check the Merger Checklist to make sure you are ready.

  • Make sure your Wescom debit card is activated
  • Don’t forget to cancel CCFCU EZPay payments
  • Last day to download Quicken History

May 31

CCFCU Access No Longer Available
Starting at 2 p.m.

Beginning around 2 p.m., the CCFCU website, online banking and mobile app will no longer be available. This includes unavailability of Zelle until June 4. Please be sure to conduct any necessary banking transactions prior to this time.

June 1

Welcome to Wescom!

You’re an official Wescom Member and can begin to access your account through Wescom. See the Merger Checklist for a full list of how to get started with your Wescom Account.

  • Download the Wescom Mobile Banking App
  • Enroll in online banking and the Mobile Banking App
  • Activate and use your Debit Card and update payments
  • Update your direct deposit. Wescom’s Routing Number is 322079353. You can find your new account number in online or mobile banking.

June 3

Branch Locations

Visit one of our 29 branch locations to complete an account transaction, apply for a loan, or say “hello” to a familiar face. Eligible Central Coast staff are now part of the Wescom team who share a commitment to you, our valued member.

June 4

Zelle becomes available.

Be sure to re-enroll through Wescom Online Banking to get started.

June 30

Statement History

CCFCU statement history available. Login to Online Banking or the mobile app to access.

July 1

First Wescom Statement

Your June Statement is available from Wescom. If you are on eStatements, look for an email from wescom@wescomnews.org. You can also access estatements in Online Banking and the mobile app. For those on paper statements, these will be mailed out to the address on file.

Wear your wallet wherever you go.

Add your Wescom card to Apple Pay® on your Apple Watch. Log in to the Wescom Mobile Banking App, tap on your Profile name and Digital Wallet to add your Wescom cards. Then select Profile -> Settings -> Apple Watch to enable on-the-go account review and payments.

Log in to the Wescom Mobile Banking App to get started! Enable Express View by tapping on your Profile name, Settings, then Express View. To access Express View, tap on the icon at the bottom of the login screen.

1 The paper statement fee is waived when enrolled in eStatements for Platinum Signature Members, Youth Accounts, Primary Account Members age 60 and older, Fiduciary Accounts, and for the first 90 days for new accounts. A $5.00 fee will be assessed for printing and mailing a paper statement (monthly and quarterly).

2 A $3.00 Excessive Withdrawal Fee may be charged to your Savings Account for each withdrawal or transfer in excess of four (4) within a calendar quarter.

3 Wescom will post your direct deposit when it is received, regardless of the settlement date. Early access to your direct deposit of funds is not guaranteed and is dependent on the timing of funding by the payer.
